Trade accounts
How do I open an account with Primavera?
To begin, you will need to complete only the Primavera account form — there is one for British Columbia and one for all other provinces. Completed applications can be emailed to info@primavera.ca. Download the forms.
Do I need separate accounts for some brands?
Yes. Some of the companies we represent invoice our clients directly. To purchase from the Osborne & Little Group, Pierre Frey Group or JAB Anstoetz Group (Ontario & Quebec only), you will also need to complete their individual account application forms.
Which brands are billed directly by the manufacturer?
Osborne & Little Group (Osborne & Little, Nina Campbell) — billed in CDN dollars by O&L (Connecticut, USA), shipped from London, England.
Pierre Frey Group (Pierre Frey, Boussac, Braquenié, Fadini Borghi, Thorp) — billed in CDN dollars by Pierre Frey (Atlanta, USA), shipped from Paris, France.
JAB Anstoetz Group (JAB, Chivasso, Carlucci; Ontario & Quebec only) — billed in CDN dollars by Jab USA (New York, USA), shipped from Germany.
Is there a PST exemption form for British Columbia?

Ordering
How do I place an order?
All orders must be provided to us in writing. This requires that a written Purchase Order or order request be sent by Email, Fax or Mail including Style Number & Name, Colour Number & Name, Quantity, and Ship To Address.
How do I know my order was received?
Although we rely on technology, sometimes mail or email may not be received. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm receipt of their orders with our office — call (416) 921-3334.
Can you help me find product for a project?
Yes. Looking for product for a current project or need an alternate? Let us shop for you — give us some information on you and your project, and we will curate and send a package to you.

Where are you located?
Our head office and 10,000 sq. ft. showroom is at 125 Tycos Drive, Suite 2, North York, Ontario M6B 1W6. We also have a Vancouver office (320-1650 W 2nd Avenue, by appointment only) and agents in Calgary (DWA Interior Furnishings) and Montreal (Chintz & Collections). See all locations.
What are your showroom hours?
Toronto: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Vancouver: by appointment only. Calgary: Monday – Thursday 10am – 4pm, Friday 10am – 2pm. Montreal: Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm.
Can I visit without an Interior Designer?
Primavera is a trade resource. You are invited to visit any of our locations accompanied by your Interior Designer, or you may visit our website links for information on individual suppliers. Need a designer? See Find a Designer.
Can I see the showroom remotely?
Yes. Request a video meeting — we will walk you through the showroom to review new or existing product, or help you with a current project, by WhatsApp Video, Zoom or Google Meet.
