Placing an Order
All orders must be provided to us in writing. This requires that a written Purchase Order or order request be sent by Email, Fax or Mail including Style Number & Name, Colour Number & Name, Quantity, and Ship To Address. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm receipt of their orders with our office.
Opening a Trade Account
To begin, you will need to complete only the Primavera account form. Some of the companies we represent invoice clients directly — for those brands you will also need to complete their individual account application. Completed applications can be emailed to info@primavera.ca. View all trade forms.
Visiting the Showroom
Our Toronto showroom has 10,000 sq. ft. and a full range of products — open Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm at 125 Tycos Drive, Suite 2, North York. Our Vancouver office is open by appointment only. You are invited to visit any of our locations accompanied by your Interior Designer, or request a video meeting.
